when I had my E30 M3 I used to take it to a place in London and the mechanic also serviced one of these for a guy who had modified it 'gently' in the words of mechanic, owned from new, used it to shoot over to the continent on occasion, had to also change the speedo, as it only read up to 180mph!

After today's distinctly unbargain-making developments with my own, distinctly would be bargain priced Munchenspurter, I've rather lost the scent for old viggenry.

I've been trying to guesstimate the vats of waddage spunked away on vehicles since discovering PH and although conceivably coincidental, I suspect this arena of automotive titilation has cost me at least a bionic limb or two.

One could literally weep.

you are right in one or two respects, the BiTurbo has big miles 157K?! But it looks like it has been completely overhauled, and the bi turbo was notorioulsy expensive to run. You are wrong however to compare the legend that is the BiTurbo with the V8, the BiTurbo would blow it into the weeds, much more sought after collectors wise as well.
