What is the best thing to use to restore black plastic trim (I'm thinking grilles and side mouldings) to their original lustre?

I've tried Back to Black before but it either dries streaky or fades after a few days.

Try autoglym bumper care its excellent and has a very fine grit in it to condition deep into the plastic wouldn't use anything else.

I've got marks on my e39 sport on the door trims (between the two windows) would this work ... only reason i ask is because you say it has grit in it and I don't want to scratch the plastic...

thanks in advance

most styling companies do he side mouldings for 100 so thats a good place to start with a compete upgrade. The autoglym is very good but once you start using it you have to keep on top of it. But autoglym is the best ive used over the last few years.
