After owning a e36 328i convertible for 3 years I am on the look out for something different. Before this I ownned a e36 328i coupe and before that a e30 325i convertible. Thing is I dont know wether to get a e46 coupe or convertible. I cant say the handling is too good on the present car even though I have had stiffer springs put on it. Plus the usual convertible shake is apparent. I was wondering if anyone who owns a e46 convertible (non m3) could give me some insight into how good it actually is. My other option is to leave the bmw brand and opt for a honda s2000.

thanks

I sold my 318is and bought an S2000. I dont regret it for a minute. Build quality and reliability are first class, and I dont get the attitude I used to get either, just curiosity and compliments mostly (Honda only sell around 1000 per year here).

Have a look at www.s2ki.com for all things S2000.
