Could anyone help with a book price for a 530D?

Car is an `04 SE Touring with 40K up. Could be the new family barge but I don`t want to pay over the odds!

Depends what "Book" you go with, Glass?,Parkers?, What Car Valuations? et,etc. I have found the following, no doubt would please or displease certain owners/buyers.
