E46 touring problems

Hi I have a E46 touring 2000 318i

1. The key fob does not always open the door so I have to do it with the key although I can disarm the alarm and open the boot with the key, but even when inside i can not open the other doors, the drivers window does not move up easily and sounds like it is going to break the glass when I close it could this be affecting the central locking many thanks
