Lovely looking car IMO. Buy a black one with black alloys and fat tyres.

Personally I think they look great. But then beauty and the eye of the beholder and all that...

I'm going to have to agree. The Z4 coupe would be really sweet looking if they just chopped off the front end and replaced it with something that didn't look like crap.

I think they're great. They look like a mini GT car and most magazines seem to love them too.

I'd go for the 3.0 though. I think Trackdemon has one.

Front Engined, Rear wheel drive, 2 seats and no bulls**t!

Just what the doctor ordered!
At least your not going for a wanna-be 911 aka Boxster/Gaymen.

My advise though.... wait just a til april to see what the new Audi A5 coupe is like... They're going to put the S4 / RS4 engines in it...

There is also a rumour that the Z4 Coupe will not be built beyond the end of this year, but as I say that is just internet rumour at the moment.

Trackdemon does indeed have one and he absolutely loves it from what I can gather, he has done a European tour and a few trackdays in it and seems to be enjoying it.

I personally think they look great, and seem to be getting good reviews in the press

Front engined? tick
Rear wheel drive? tick
Compact dimensions? tick

Can't go far wrong imho.

I got stuck in traffic infront of the bmw shop the other day, I made use of the time admiring the lines of the z4, looks best from rear 3/4 in my opinion. much better looking than the soft top, if they had released this 1st I think the soft top would have been better received

I took delivery of a 3.0 Coupe in January and think its great.

Its a real mini GT, great looks - the proportions and 'flame surfacing' work really well in the metal as it were - (maybe an aquired taste(?), as I know opinions are divided on this), a super engine with ample grunt to push it up the road, reasonably practical (decent boot space) and suprisingly economical - currently averaging about 27mpg.

It certainly feels pretty special even being driven on a daily basis and on a pretty dreary 30mile a day commute, the rarity factor is another bonus for me, I think I've only seen 3 others on the road.

I can wait to finally get it run in so I can start exploring the full extent of the performance.

Stunning from the back and in silver looks like a "hard" TT. Sadly, from the front, it still needs a redesign of those awful headlamps. But far better overall than the convertible.
