E90 320D,wont start?

I have just had the entire fuel system replaced on my 06 plate 320d because the fuel was contaminated and it ruined the whole system.

Inectors,fuel rail, pressure sensors/regs fuel sender, and pump in tank and also the mechanical engine pump and new filter/heater and lines,all from BMW!

Now the bugger wont fire up,it has fuel up to the filter under the car but none to the injectors!!!

The only fault showing on DDE is EWS manipulation!

I know this is a long shot but does anyone have any suggestions?
