E36 windows

My drivers side window, looks to have a problem with the guides, it gets half way up, and then exits its normal line, only to come back in a few inches up and trap the window rubber.

Does the door card pop off, as I can't seem to see any screws.

There are 3 screws holding it on around the handle area-take out the mirror adjuster and the 2 finnishers under the grab handle to find them.the door open handle trim slides off first too.Then the panel just pulls off.

Chances are you will need the 2 plastic guides for the window runner-they often break.Couple of quid from a stealer
