KDS expectations?
Discussion
Yes it is reasonable to expect both to be within tollerances.
Of course there is a possibility that the dealer might not have carried out the checks properly.
You can get the same computerised wheel alignemnt done at an independent specialist for a fraction of the price that BMW will charge.

If the reading is still out and they are unable to adjust it (some models are more adjustable then others) then there is potentially an expensive problem with the chassis or suspension.

I didn't pay for the KDS though, it was done as remedial work on a 2nd hand car I bought from AUC. Car was all over the place on delivery.
Rechecked the sheet, and the ride height is actually ok - must have misread it initially. Only the cross camber is out, which is a reading I'm not familiar with, and unlike the other settings it doesn't have before and after values etc.
