Thinking about getting the new M5 Estate when it comes out in March, test drove a Saloon M5 today and have to say I am suitably impressed. Although for the money I would hope so!

Can anyone suggest the best place to buy such a beast and perhaps cut down on the original book price? I.e. if I can save a few grand importing one myself I might consider it.

Thanks

You won't get a discount on one in the UK.

Talk to Rudy Ramout at BMW Vandenbroek in Dilbeek (near Brussels). I've bought two new M5s from him and he always give me a good discount (but I cannot say exactly).

have BMW sorted out all the problems with the flakey SMG yet? nothing more frustrating than having to dump out all your stuff from an estate at the dealers whilst its been dumped off the flatbed.

Ashok's your man to comment on this, although I will say my brothers car has run fine since the modified SZL sensor was replaced.

Ashok, do you have contact details for Rudy. Done a Google for this dealership without any luck? PM me if necessary. Many thanks!
