What's wrong with them?...Not working?
My money would be on the heating elements within the actually heating pads has broken somewhere. If you've ever seen or had one of these things in your hand you wonder how they ever expected them to last more than five minutes with someone sitting on them in the first place! Completely poxy thin thing!
I'm assuming they'll have used the same thing in the E30 seats.
I did the repair on my E36 Alpina when I had it...bloody nightmare! Not worth the trouble if it were down to me... but as I was selling the car at the time I had to fix it!
