330 coupe sport brake light problem

I have had my 330 Sport coupe for 2 years now, its a 2003 52 reg done 46k, full dealer history from day one, used every day,proper car, a week or so ago i started the car up and the headlights came on, it wasnt dark so i switched them to off from the auto position, they would not go off and i discovered i had no indicators working, my local specalist told me it could just be a glitch and to disconnnect the battery for a while which i did, that solved the headlight and indicator problem but i now have my brake lights on all the time and the steering wheel controls for the radio and CC are not working, diconnected battery again still the same prob,changed the brake light switch (4 pin), had a computer linked up to it to check the fault code but not able to seem to get rid of it, any ideas?? HELP...!!!
