Removing an E36 stereo

I am trying to swap the BMW Business in my E36. I have undone the allen bolts and can pull the unit out, but I can't get the wiring block to pull out of the back. Any ideas?

The surround of the connector slides down allowing you to remove the plug. Took me ages to figure out! Its not a CD player is it as I'm after one.

No it's bot a CD player as I want one too. Or a changer for the boot. It's just another casette player as the volume control on mine has a mind of it's own. I have found that sliding bit, but it still won't move, guess it just needs some brute force. Will try this evening!
