Heated seats E39

I have just purchsed some leather seats for my 2000 V 523i including the dash parts and door cards etc. The new seats are heated and I have all the dash parts complete with the switches etc but the ones I am taking out are not heated. Is it possible to connect the new seats up to work ? I have done a search to no avail so would appreciate any help. If not then I can live with non heated !!! Both new and old seats are manual.
