I've got a new MINI R56 Cooper on order. I have seen a couple of road tests on the internet but nothing with much detail. Has anyone driven one and what do they think?

I have seen the picture,wiring diagrams,diagnostic programs,door panels,i'drive etc.
Im off to the factory this wednesday for the technical lanch overview-I get to drive it then.
The 56 looks the same but it is totally different-the electrics are based around the E90/E87(1 and 3 series).The switches etc are soft touch...You can now get the same media package as BMW-CCC (car communications computer)which is wide screen and i'drive-bluetooth etc.
I was at hamms hall where they are building the engines-BMW made now not crysler and a big brucie bonus-the gearbox is new and incorperates a reverse gear syncro so no more grinding..
