'K' 520i what do I need to look for?

1. on Touring models check the twin sunroofs if fitted work perfectly as they are very expensive to fix
2. Check rear axle bushes, by 100k they are due for replacement
3. Check the mileage display for pixel loss (i fixed this one for £25!)
4. Watch out for Metric tyres (expensive and hard to source) though a K plate shouldnt have these
5. Water Pump impellor is made of plastic and can disintergrate, replace water pump for complete piece of mind
6. Just the usual used car checks! If its been well cared for body should be rust free, and trim in excellent order (just sold a 102k miler than scrubbed up like a 3yr old)
You'll struggle to buy a better car for buttons if you shop wisely!!
