Can someone tell me what the red circle with exclamation mark with lines on the out side means

It means read the handbook... rolleyes

Assuming you mean this...



It usually means you need to check the brake fluid, so I wouldn't drive the car till you've done that...

Generally Red lights mean a problem. Get it checked asap and don't use the car in the meantime.

Is the car beeping ? If so you'redriving without the handbrake being properly disengaged.
If not,likely to be fluid.

don’t have a hand book that’s y i am asking have checked the brake fluid and it is fine i even pulled of the sensor cable off and then the light doesn’t come on must it

The handbrake light is the one with the circle with the P in it not the !

Brake fluid low, loss of hydraulic pressure or if you've checked both of those could just be the sensor that is faulty? Check the cap sensor and connections on the top of the brake fluid reservoir?

Derin100 thanks it was the dam sensor all fixed now
