Nope!

Brake Fluid required to be renewed very 2yrs, Coolant every 5yrs (I think, maybe 4 though)

yes there is . the inspection light with a picture of a clock comes up

Yes it needs doing and you'l notice the difference to when your pedal hits the metal!
