white/red rear lights for an e36 saloon
Discussion
At the risk of sounding like a total chav, can anyone recommend a source for a quality replacement set of rear lights (which work with the check-control unit) to replace the orange indicators on the back of my newly acquired M3 saloon (www.pistonheads.com/sales/102872.htm).
many thanks,

That was dirt cheap purchase. Fair play to you.
The later facelift lights can be aquired from Euro Car Parts ..... please don't try and bling it up with those awful Lexus abominations. One would not be impressed!
Anyone want another bargain can scan the classifieds and find my Coupe up for a really good price. It needs a new home that will keep the miles off it while I hack to work in a bargain diesel

Thank-you & yes an excellent find; trust me it's gone to a good home & will certainly be used for the purpose it was constructed for (as well as dropping the kids at nursery).
No fear on the lexus-type lights - I always thought Lexi were for BMW-wannabees so why BMW owners put these abominations on their cars I'll never understand...
Have debadged it but those four pipes are a bit of a giveaway, & I plan to find some standard saloon door mirrors to tone it down a touch further.
PH doesn't appear very active on the BMW front - is there a more specialised alternative I should be looking at?
thanks,

Are these the sort of thing you're after??
Not a bland as stock, but not over the top chav tat either. Ideally I'd like to see them on a car first though
here
edit: And that is a bargain find too. Congrats. I'm currently looking for an E36 saloon myself (only a mere 325 though )
I wouldn't worry about toning down the mirrors, as anyone who knows Beemers will notice that your mirrors sit evenly, and one side isn't lower than the other, therefore they're not the usual chav tat halfords stick on ones you have to adjust with you hand
