Hi all, I'm going to look at the above on an x plate with 120,000 miles as my run about car, i.e. the car to flog up and down the motorway on business as I can't bring myself to flog the 911. It has Full BMW service history and had recent discs and pads all round.

It's generally in VGC, my question is what should I look to pay on such a beast?, and what should I look out for?.

thanks in advance!!

I'd ask the local BMW stealer- bung them an hours labour and ask them to check it out, better than an rac check - they'll check out its history in the system to see what work/recurring problems its had if you ask them nicely

X reg won't be a genuine 'sport'.
They didn't come out until Y reg.
Look for sport kit, black cube interior trim and staggered MV alloys.

On the basis that there is a 51 reg 330d in the classifieds for £10k (doesn't state mileage) which holds its value a hell of a lot better than a petrol, I'd take a stab in the dark that the 325ci is not worth more than £8k.
