I don't think you can do it yourself (although I might be wrong).

Might be worth taking it to an A/C specialist.

Yellow pages might be of help.

Although if it's just suddenly stopped blowing cold - it might suggest a problem elsewhere like compressor, or something (not really an A/C expert).
