2004 330ci sport coupe valuation

Anyone give me an indication of what my car is worth - 24k, auto, sat nav, sunroof, silver, leather, bluetooth. As new. Have been offered £17K as part-ex. Scared me to say the least but is that a good price? What with the new reg and new coupe due, I'd guess not the best time to go looking for a high price.
