My first Post so hi to anyone and everyone.
As stated above i am sat with a new handbrake gaiter and gear shift gaiter for my recently purchased BMW 323 E36 (manual).
I have trawled previous posts but just want to make sure i am removing correctly.
Am i right in assuming the Gear Knob just pulls off with a bit of muscle applied ?
Also how does the handbrake lever come away to fit the gaiter.
Thanks for any help,Fig.

Cheers for the advice.
I managed to change the Handbrake gaiter through trial and error,it went to plan.Tomorrow i shall be taking my knob in hand and giving it a good pull, hopefully not causing myself an injury.
Thanks again,Fig.
