Will Z3M alloys fit an E46?

for my 330 which currently wears 18inch MV's

Off set is wrong. The fronts, 7,5" (ET 40) may fit, but the rears, 9", will definitely not (ET 8).

That explains why I saw an e46 with only the front Z3M wheels all round. It looked good but would have been perfect with those deep dish rears...
