Hmm, not 100% on this, the guys at bm3w will be.

Facelifted front
Led lights all round

Late 2003/2004 the sat nav tv was upgraded to digital i believe.

No facelift to the front what so ever.

LED rear light's only.

A revised boot handle.

coupe only for the wider boot handle and some very minor interior trim too.
