I have a 323 e36 T reg on 93K miles

The car has been two weeks in a local indie

It has a bad judder coming from the transmission under heavy acceleration in 1st and second

What has been done

Replaced central bearing, propshaft, diff. All pivots checked or replaced!

Now I am told that the flywheel is not balanced, damper ineffective!!! and the gearbox sprigott maybe to blame. Both being replaced tomorrow.

Would the flywheel effect the transmisiion????

Any suggestions would be welcome??

I would have thought that the flywheel would affect smoothness of changing in each gear. Sounds more like a reaction to torque, so might be axle tramp etc.. Bushes at the back end would be where I'd start looking.

Engine mountings? Loose/worn = everything out of alignment down the chain.
