Bluetooth/E46 question...

I have bluetooth on my E46 3... I tried connecting my XDA phone this morning, and went through all the phone set up malarky. The set-up completed as per the manual, but then went back to the 'activate phone' screen again and did not seem to work- am I doing something wrong?

Any ideas gratefully received...

I had a few snags. I only waited until it stated the Paired message on the Phone before finishing the pairing. You have to wait a while until you see Phone Paired on the car system itself before you tap finish on the phone. When I did this all was fine.

Please bear in mind though that mine still plays up as QTEK (well mine anyway - 9000) aren't great at integrating with BMW's or vice versa i.e. when I press answer on the car, it answers the call but does not activate the speaker and microphone.... Or if I answer on the phone it goes to the Phone speaker..... But making calls is ok.... The phone is newer than the car so maybe this will be ironed out in later models, not sure. Would be interested to hear if you have any further issues..

FYI,QTEK are the same maker as the XDA (HTC).
