Good Deal on 530D

Chaps,

Looking at replacing my 530 Sport,I Phoned a BMW dealer about a used 530d going for £36,995. He advised me that the vehicle was sold, and then offered me a brand new one for September delivery at £38k inc £6k of extras. To good to be true ?

Not a cancelled order, it is a new factory build,with delivery in 6 weeks on a 56 reg.

Just a thought,but would'nt you rather have a 55 reg 535d sport with the same spec or better for the same price?Plenty around with 6thmls or less,or if you dont mind a few miles 32k or less.Ok its not brand new but it will hold its money better in the long run.As i said just a thought.

Now there's a thought! if I could find the right spec I would be tempted, would have to be less than 10k miles though. Will the residuals be better on a 535d ?

I think so its a model thats in good demand.I dont think you'l have any trouble finding one with 5k on the clock for that money,has to be a sport though,fantastic car a friend of mine let me have a blast,i should have really bought one instead of the m3,you wont regret it.
