Replacement discs and pads E46 M3

Can anyone tell me how much i should be paying per pair and from where?
Should i upgrade the discs pads?.So far i've been quoted 160 each from bmw which sounds crazy to me when i was only paying 75 each on my 996.

I'm not too sure about the discs but I belive the pads are the same fitment as an E38 728.
Might be a cheerer alternative?
