I attempted to upgrade my mk 4 sat nav OS to 27.1
It has all gone horribly wrong- I followed the instructions to the letter, but some unexpected things happened during the installation, and it seemed to crash. I am now left with a bizzare 1980's style menu in yellow, with no sat nav option at all! The dvd player will now not read the CD.
Is there any way of rebooting to get back to the last version?
Failing that, is anyone aware of a specialist who can sort these things out?
