540 sport touring

im viewing one of these tomorrow night, however it seems quite a lot more pricey than other non sport 540i's for sale at the moment, is the sport really worth an extra 3 grand over the non sport model, the sport is also a 6 speed manual which is my preference, any advice would be much appreciated.
