run flat tyres

Anyone know if you can repair a puncture hole in these. Have a nail in the rear tyre, and it is 200 miles old!

Yes, it can be done. BWM changed their guidance on this last year - provided the puncture is not near the edge (the usual issue) and that the tyre was not driven flat for any length of time (which would reduce sidewall strength), they say it is ok. Vines repaired a puncture on my 535d a few months ago.
