What are realistic sale prices for E46 M3 cab's????

Ive looked at a few and the price range is quite large. Parkers and Autocar are not worth the paper they r written on. Im looking for an E46 M3 cab, silver + black interior with as many extras as i can get. Oh, and Manual. Something like this looks good www.pistonheads.com/sales/67452.htm but is it a good price or not??? Should i get in there quick b4 the summer rush starts???
