I am replacing all 4 of my 17" split rims tomorrow.. 2 are def no good as they have 3 inch cracks in the alloy,(hence the replacement!) I also have another set of 4 that have already been split. Also have a brand new bag of bolts to go with them!! I had planned to get them refurbished and replace them with the ones currently on the car.

However, due to the 2 rims that are split, I have had to shell out for a new set of 18" MV EVO 2's...

I was originally going to pile all the bits together and sell them as a whole. However, if anybody needs individual bits, then just get in touch!!

Goes without saying that they are all in need of a refurb!!

If there is any interest then I can post some pics..

Hi

Can I ask where you buy the bolts from? I'm thinking of having a go at repolishing the outer parts of mine soon but was wondering:

a) How to do it?
b) How difficult this would be?
c) Where I'd get the bolts from to do it?

Many thanks

Ahh... Spoken to my friend. He got the bolts re-machined by a firm in Gillingham. Can find out the name of the firm if you like..

I thought they were new... Shows how good a job they did on them!!!

I gather he just took the old ones down to them.. "Kent Metal Finishers" in Gillingham Business Park.
