Right, ive been away from home all term since ive been at uni, and havent returned home at all, My coupe is off the road coz my MOT has run out as the ABS light came on. Now I understand this is likely to be a sensor. Now as it hasnt got an MOT I cant take it to a garage to see which it is. ideally I would like to do it myself. (im a ttight student) Any ideas,

Also as I break up from term this week for easter I want to get it back on the road to its former glory, and have my bad ass car back at uni, with me where it rightfully belongs. Now as it hasnt been touched at all, not even started Shocked (and yes, I feel its pain everyday) , do u suggest that I do an oil and filter change just out of precaution? Shocked anythig else that I should look at. I know batt will need a good charge too.

Yo' bad ass car will probably benefit from an oil and filter change, it's something that doesn't cost a lot and will prolong the longevity of the car. The battery may work, and if you are going on a long run, that should be enough to re-charge it fully.

The ABS light could be anything abs related (obviously) but probably a sensor on one of the front wheels.
