Loving my 1999 328 ci sport, especially with traction off but something weird is happening. If I drive for a while then stop the engine for a short period then restart the power deliver at low revs is poor. I know what should happen in 1st with traction off in the wet on a corner but it isnt. Power delivery picks up above 3-4 000 revs, its a Steptronic (hope thats the correct term, got flamed last post for calling it somehting Porsche vulgar) so not sure if its the engine management, electronic throttle control or the box.
Restarting the engine doesnt sort it but leaaving the car for longer does?

Anyone seen anything similar

Aggi,

Not seen anything similar myself, but would be worth checking spark plugs, coil pack(s) and also you may have a "dribbly" injector. Might be worth whacking some injector cleaner through your next tank of juice and seeing if that makes any difference.

Cheers
Matt
