Right, the 330d touring has arrived is is very, very lovely. Knights of Stafford did a great job of the prep for me (15 month old car) and the service I received was excellent.

Now, I want my "New Road Angel" an as yet unpurchased "Dension IceLink" wired in properly so I'm not juggling ciggie lighter sockets all of the time.

Does anybody know one place that can do both to a good standard and make sure the IceLink is working properly?

I have Pro Sat Nav and Bluetooth so I'm a bit concerned about reports I've read about the IceLink messing with one of these or the other.

Any good recommendations appreciated. I'm in Berkshire so local would obviously be better.

As long as the car doesn't have DSP and you realise the Ice>Link would replace the CD Changer if fitted, then it is quite straightforward.

We are not a million miles away (J18 M25) if you fancy using a fellow PHer!

If you have DSP then the ice>link won't work, as your changer interface is optical. An ice>link FM is the only option I am afraid.

Doh, sorry two many acronyms! I meant DSC, the stability control so I should be okay!

Gonna have a look at you profile now for your address.

Driver Systems fitted all the Origin & Lidatek kit in my M5 and did an excellent job. No doubt they can fit other brands too.

Highly recommended - here's their website:
