4.4 V8 tuning?

I have a E65 745i (4.4 v8), and want to start tuning the engine for a bit more power. What options are avaliable out there for me? And what are the reputable tuning companies?

Ray West at Thruxton has supercharged 'em, few yrs back tho & dunno if hes still involved in that, worth a call tho.

Without a big spend the power hikes will be marginal on that engine.
