Hi all,

Stuck my motor on Ebay last night with a £3500 starting price, obviously would like more though!
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&

Dubious service history before I owned it. Since I bought it, nearly 2 years ago, I've had inspection 2, oil and inspection 1 (last Wednesday) and it's got 12 months MOT. I've also had all brake discs and pads and suspension done in my time with it, and replaced the oi cooler which had corroded at the hose junctions. Car has 104k miles on it, fitted with a PSI tuning chip and runs on E46 16" alloys.

I've been a bit naughty and set the reserve at £5k, which I doubt it'll make, so I will negotiate with the highest bidder - if any!

So what do you think I should hope for?

Cheers,
Rob

Rob,

To be fair, your starting price is not far off what you should be expecting for the car. If it made £4000 I'd be surprised. However, you never know. All you need are 2 people bidding for it, and you'd probably realise more.

Good Luck with the sale

Matt

My brother might be interested in that Rob (at £3.5k), will have a chat with him over the weekend.

Thanks guys, knew I should've sold it a year ago but life got in the way of such frivolities Guess I'll see what joy Ebay brings then, although to be honest I wouldn't die if it didn't sell, it does what it does pretty damn well after all.

Cheers,
Rob
