Where does one go for a fresh CD, mine is 3 years old and struggling

Try Ebay ... I upgraded my Sat Nav DVD to an early 2005 Disc for under £50.00.
It would have cost £201.00 at a main Dealer.

Is it possible to copy the discs like a dvd?

You can also update the OS software, which with the latest version, was really worthwhile.

Yes, I've burnt my own in the past using clone CD

The disc I'm using is a 2004, I do have a 2005 disc but it wasn't TMC enabled whereas the 2004 was. I haven't bothered to track down a more recent TMC enabled disc.
