Another BMW specialist request - Sutton Coldfield/Lichfield

I'm sure this has been asked before but search isn't working and I went back through 15 pages of threads!

I'm loath to take my car to Rydale in Sutton Coldfield having read some horrendous reviews, so I was hoping you would be able to recommend a specialist not too far away. I live in Lichfield and work in Aldridge.

BTW - car is a 2001 530dA Sport.
