Just had a wonderful start to the day, took my first weekend off for ages and decided to go to Devon for the weekend, got back this morning to find my P & J on its discs, some scally had taken a fondness to my alloys and thought they would look nicer on his car rather than mine!!! Now faced with a higher insurance premium, and the problem of how do I get the car off its squatting position up my driveway and back on new wheels and tyres. If anyone spots a 7 with nice 20'' Alpinas around the Surrey/Hants area mail me as I have my Reg no inscribed on them!!!!!!!

They had the centre cap that locked, dont know how hard they are to get off, just checked with Sytners and new centres are only £50 for a set!!! Wheels and tyres are £4k!!!!!! Ouch!!

Yes ouch.

I guess you arent safe even with locking nuts if they have a key.

If I were you I'd keep a discrete look out on Ebay for them. There aren't many cars that can accept a 20" Alpina and they'll be worth big bucks on Ebay?

Sorry to hear about your loss and hope you get the B*$$ers caught!
