I've also been taking both my BMWs to RBM Hampshire in Hook since Ross opened for business in 2019 after 15 years at Sytner.
Very happy with the service, standard of work and pricing, plus he has a couple of loan cars which makes life much easier for me.
The only downside is that as his reputation has grown it can be a few weeks before you can get a booking!

I used to go to TWG before RBM opened, but I understand that Will has stepped away to focus on racing related activities so I wouldn't be so confident about going there. I might be wrong though!
I used them back in 2018 and again this year.Service was still great and they seemed to know what they were doing.
Also they ran some diagnostics for me (Valvetronic issues) and didn't charge for any of it. The car was in for a walnut blast and they checked before doing it and told me it didn't need doing.
Lots of garages would have done it anyway.
