BMW 7 Series 2014 F01
Discussion
Many 7 Series owners on here?
A mate has a lovely 2014 730d MSport with 80K miles that he purchased from a local official BMW dealer, and knowing that I've been admiring it of late he let me take it out for a drive the other day, it's certainly a beautiful car and has had a clean MOT every year, of its life, full dealer service history etc.
He changes his BMW's every 12 months and he says he will be changing this one around September and I've agreed to buy it for somewhere in the region of £11k
Having never owned a BMW before there's a few things I want to sort out, such as finding a local indie BMW specialist, find a tow bar fitter, and learn all the maintenance side of things that a 7 Series owner needs to know - oil change and servicing frequency etc to keep it top notch.
Exciting times

I had an F01 730D SE Luxury and it was a superb car; one I regret selling on TBHA mate has a lovely 2014 730d MSport with 80K miles that he purchased from a local official BMW dealer, and knowing that I've been admiring it of late he let me take it out for a drive the other day, it's certainly a beautiful car and has had a clean MOT every year, of its life, full dealer service history etc.

If you can get it then go for it; they're fantastic. Keep the oil & filter fresh, get the autobox serviced. They do like to go through suspension arms; ensure you stick with decent makes (Lemforder, TRW, Moog etc) and you'll be fine
I dropped to 18s for winters and 19s for summers on non run flat tyres and would highly recommend that move; 20s on them, more so with RFTs, IMO, ruins the ride and handling
