Hi All, *updated:

As per the reply below. Does anyone have any advice for a 2006 BMW 320i where the key fobs aren't being charged when they drive the car? Is there anything I can do myself or will it definitely need professional input?

Thanks in advance.

Getting a new one that works for a short time and then stops, could indicate that the key is not getting charged in the car.

Thank you, I hadn't even thought about that aspect of it.

If you have a wireless charging pad you could try putting the key on it for a while and then seeing if it will work again.

I haven't tried it but I've read that even an electric tooth brush charger can work.
