Z4 hardtop roof jammed. Won’t open/close.

My dad has a 2011 Z4.
We recently replaced the micro switches for the roof and everything has been working perfectly fine.

While dad had the front left corner jacked up to help remove the broken aftermarket front splitter from a previous owner.
He accidentally hit the roof button on the keys that were in his pocket.

Unfortunately the roof opened, but hasn’t ran the full cycle as it jammed due to the car being up on the Jack at one corner.

He tried to close the roof but it’s again not completed the full cycle.
The front part of the roof is down.
The rear section with the window isn’t locked so can be lifted up by hand.
None of the windows will go up.
The boot lid isn’t latched fully and is sitting proud by a few mm on the passenger side.



His Carly code reader has this as the only code and it won’t clear or resit.

At a loss on what to do as the dash buttons do nothing because the cars unhappy with how the roof and boot lid etc are currently sitting.

Anyone got any ideas?
