e91 318i msport tyre pressures

Help needed. Although i have a label on the door pillar, parts of it are unreadable and missing when i purchased the car. So does anyone know what the correct tyre pressures are on a 2010 e91 touring 318i msport unladen and laden. The tyres on the front are 225/40ZR 18's not run flats and the rear tyres are 255/35ZR 18's not run flats
I have looked in my manual and it says to refer to the door pillar label and looking online i am seeing all different pressures for Bmws, but none for my car
