Another Software Upgrade

What’s going on. I bought my 440 M Sport G26 Grand Coupe new in March so presumably it was up to date then. There was a software upgrade last month though I never notice anything different and now another one. I’ve been nervous of updates since one knocked out the settings on my Ghost immobiliser on my previous BMW. I managed to deal with it but very inconvenient.

So do you guys all install the updates when they come our or leave them.
