Saying I need to see a Dealer as pads are worn.
Lift symbol.
'!' on the Christmas Tree.
But there is at least 5mm of meat on every corner.
Almost as if an arbitrary mileage limit has been met, rather than a sensor ping.
Can I just reset and ignore?
Is it 5mm on the inner pads as well as the outer pads?Lift symbol.

But it sounds like it's giving you your first warning (which is usually at around 6mm on an outer pad where the sensors are), and will come up with a final warning at about 3mm - or in a few hundred/thousand miles.
It gives you time to get it booked in as well, as some dealerships have long lead times for maintenance (or claim too).

ETA. I was quite happy with a squeal and a check. Not sure how sensors improve this safety experience.
Well, I've been known to only replace mine when the backing plate has shot out of the caliper on a track day But I blame that on fitting a BBK that didn't support them...and me assuming they'd be fine after the previous track day!
