Does anyone have any contacts at BMW UK or best route for complaints? My partner is taking an iX3 company car, and was due to sell her X3 to BMW. Second return visit beforehand for warranty repair (no sounds on anything from idrive) - car on 2nd year warranty and they’ve said it’s water damage from blocked rain drains. We asked how we would have known (we wouldn’t) what we could have done to unblock them (we couldn’t) and why it’s not covered (it’s just not).

Want to get the full story in to BMW UK to give them the chance to rectify before I start my smear campaign!

I currently have an ongoing issue with my X3 leaking sunroof, car has been in the dealership for over 3 weeks now awaiting parts, effectively caused by a seal failure which has damaged the headliner and center light. Car is less than 2 years old.

I complained to BMW UK in regards to the way my local dealership dealt with this, I was made to wait over a week for my car to be looked at, with no option to protect my car from further damage. In the end I went to a different dealership, who have been excellent.

My advice is to actually call the complaints team, it took me nearly an hour to get through, they appear to be short staffed, and my email went unanswered. When I actually spoke to someone about it, they were helpful and understanding.
